About these terms

These Terms of Service apply to shopping through the MadeByPriest online store, operated by Fr. Hau Vu and hosted on Shopify. Please read these terms and our linked policies before placing an order. By placing an order, you agree to the terms applicable to that purchase. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies you have under applicable consumer law.

Orders and payment

Please provide accurate contact, shipping, and payment information and review your chosen design, size, quantity, and delivery method before completing checkout. Use only a payment method you are authorized to use. Prices are displayed in US dollars. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are shown at checkout before payment. Prices and availability may change for future orders.

If an item becomes unavailable or an error affects your order, we will contact you to resolve it. If we cannot fulfill your order, we will refund the amount paid for the unfulfilled items and any related charges. We will not substitute an item or charge a higher price without your agreement.

Product information and images

We aim to describe our shirts accurately. Colors can vary with screen settings, and acid-wash finishes may vary between garments. Galleries may include AI-styled mockups alongside original product photographs. Refer to original photos and the product description for print placement and finish. These presentation differences do not limit your rights if an item is defective or materially different from its description.

Shipping and local pickup

Orders dispatch within 1 business day. Dispatch time is separate from carrier delivery time. US shipping is $5 for orders under $70 and free for orders of $70 or more. Free local pickup is available at the Vocation Office, 12716 Oriole Ave, Grand Terrace, CA 92313, Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m. Wait for your pickup-ready confirmation before visiting. Returns and refunds

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Contact madebypriesthau@gmail.com with your order number before returning an item. Buyers pay return shipping, and no restocking fee applies. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the return; bank processing may take additional time. See our Return and Refund Policy for conditions and instructions, including help with damaged or incorrect items.

Order changes

For an address correction, size change, or cancellation request, email us as soon as possible. Because orders dispatch quickly, we cannot guarantee a change after processing or shipment. If your order has already shipped, contact us for help under our return policy.

Appropriate use of the store

Do not use the store for fraudulent or unlawful transactions, interfere with its operation, upload malicious code, or attempt to access another person’s account or information. Keep any account credentials secure and contact us if you suspect unauthorized activity.

Store content and third-party services

Buying a shirt does not transfer rights to reproduce or commercially use its artwork or MadeByPriest branding. Content remains subject to the rights of its respective owners. Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience; those services have their own terms and privacy practices.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, and shared when you shop or contact us. Shopify provides the platform and payment-related services used by this store.

Updates and questions
