Refund policy

14-day returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To arrange a return, email madebypriesthau@gmail.com with your order number before sending the item back. We will provide return instructions.

Return shipping and condition

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. We do not charge a restocking fee. Please return your item in its original condition. If an item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Refunds

We will inspect your return and issue the refund to your original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the returned item. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to display the refund in your account.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your shirt arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please email madebypriesthau@gmail.com with your order number and a photo so we can help. Contact us before arranging return shipping for a damaged or incorrect item.
