MadeByPriest — product use and legal notice

MadeByPriest is a Catholic apparel store operated by Fr. Hau Vu. For questions about a product, order, or safety concern, contact madebypriesthau@gmail.com.

Intended use and care

Our T-shirts are intended as everyday apparel. They are not protective equipment and should not be relied on for protection from fire, heat, chemicals, machinery, or other hazards. Follow the care instructions supplied with your garment. Keep clothing away from open flames and sources of ignition, and avoid loose clothing around moving machinery.

If wearing a garment causes irritation or discomfort, stop using it. If you notice a defect or a possible safety issue, stop using the item and contact us with your order number and a description of the concern. These general precautions do not replace any product-specific instructions or warnings supplied with the garment.

Responsibility and limits permitted by law

Please use products for their intended purpose and follow the supplied instructions. To the extent permitted by applicable law, MadeByPriest is not responsible for loss or damage caused solely by misuse, unauthorized alterations, or failure to follow supplied care and safety instructions. This does not exclude responsibility for a defective product, an inadequate warning, or other conduct for which liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

Nothing in this notice excludes or limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, violations of law, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited. Nothing in this notice waives a customer’s right to bring a claim, obtain a legally available remedy, or exercise applicable consumer or warranty rights. This notice is not a blanket release of liability.

Product concerns, returns, and other policies

Please contact us promptly if an item arrives damaged, is incorrect, or presents a safety concern. Our standard 14-day return window does not shorten any rights or remedies provided by law. See our Return and Refund Policy, Terms of Service, and Privacy Policy for additional information.
